1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of product arrival.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unopened
- All original packaging and included items must be present
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. However, we will cover return shipping fees in the following cases:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received due to our error
In such cases, please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide a prepaid shipping label or further instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

- Items purchased as part of a final sale or limited edition campaign
- Digital goods or download-only items
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
